Mercedes-Benz Trucks delivers the first eEconic to Singapore.

Strong partners for cleaner cities.

The handover of the first eEconic was all about shared values. Harald Schmid, Managing Director of Daimler Truck South East Asia, praised the company's boldness in making the switch. For him, the project is more than a vehicle: it is a step into a new era.

The partners also agreed. Cycle & Carriage, an authorised distributor of DTSEA, and 800 Super Holdings cannot stress it enough: if you want to rethink the city, you have to start with transport. Less noise, reduced emissions and better quality of life.

Technology that makes the difference.

Sebastian Janzer, Regional Sales Manager of Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks, showed what makes the vehicle special: a low entry for convenient entry and exit, a driver’s workplace close to the ground with a direct view of the road area and well thought-out safety functions for all road users.

After the presentation, we went outside. There, we were able to experience the eEconic up close. Experts were on hand to answer the guests' technical questions and demonstrated how the vehicle works.

Everyone was captivated by the modern, environmentally friendly eEconic.
