Japanese primary school children learn with Unimog comic.
Football legend Pepe has one. So does MotoGP rider Valentino Rossi. And now also the Unimog. The Mercedes-Benz Special Truck joins the ranks of the stars who have been honored with their own character in the world of Japanese mangas. And all this in the name of education. Because the comic booklet "The Secret of a Multipurpose Work Vehicle" serves as learning material for primary school children.
Whets kids' appetite for learning.
The Japanese company Gakken has published the Unimog comic as part of the publisher's own Manga series to give children an insight into the diverse range of tasks performed by a commercial vehicle. The popular manga style will arouse curiosity and present the content in a way that is easy to comprehend.
A total of 27,000 printed copies were donated to national, public and private primary schools, public libraries and children's wards. The publisher also provides an electronic version.
