Maintaining municipal roads and agricultural transportation routes for an all-season service gets more important over time. Given the narrow means the use of advanced technology is required.

In this context the Unimog with a maintenance unit for road construction by HEN demonstrates his power. Equipped with front and rear lifts as well as PTO it removes foliage, brushwood and other organic dirt form the road surface by using the extremely strong HEN leaf blower BT 600. This especially economic procedure not only cleans the road pavement but helps drying the macadam, making it more stable in case of heavy transportations and preventing damages.

Via the rear power take-off and the Unimog board hydraulics, the path moulding restores damaged paving and creates a new, smooth road pavement – normally without adding gravel. With the specific Unimog right and left steering and the on-board display the driver has an optimal view of the adjusted body buildings and is able to control them individually.
