Event notifications help you respond quickly to required maintenance actions. In addition, your vehicle sends you and your Mercedes‑Benz Trucks service partner up-to-date predicted maintenance intervals. This allows you to better coordinate workshop visits and reduce costly downtimes.
It’s quick and easy.
With Service24h Connected, you no longer need to call the service hotline – breakdown cases can be reported directly online via My TruckPoint for Mercedes‑Benz Trucks. Vehicles are centrally managed in the customer portal, meaning that most of the information is already pre-filled. This allows processing to take place even faster.
For vehicles equipped with TruckLive or Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime, current diagnostic data and the real-time position can also be added to the damage report.
Always up to date.
Over-the-air updates enable software updates at any time, regardless of location – vehicles no longer need to be brought to the workshop for necessary updates. And since the time of the update can be selected individually for each vehicle, fleet management becomes even more flexible.
And by the way, the MyTruckPoint customer portal provides regular information about newly available and previous updates for your fleet.

TruckLive is free of charge for the first 36 months and can then be purchased as a chargeable service. For customers of our Fleetboard Paid Services or Mercedes‑Benz Trucks service contracts, TruckLive remains free of charge even after the first 36 months.3
