In the video interview, she talks about her consistently positive experiences, challenges and plans for the future of special-purpose vehicles.
Impressive: teams, customers, products.
At the end of 2022, she took over at the helm of the special-purpose vehicle division – and her passion even intensified during training: Franziska Cusumano is impressed by how well each individual employee knows not only the trucks, but also the customers and their needs. This is where open-mindedness and cohesion intersect with in-depth know-how and enthusiasm for our own products.
Her highlights during these early days were conversations with employees, customers and partners – especially listening, asking questions and learning how to get to grips with the complexity of the business. She also found the new product prototypes and winter testing in Finland just as exciting.
