Reducing accidents when reversing.

Manoeuvring areas which are difficult to see, long vehicles, hectic roads and people, plus traffic situations which can change in an instant: trucks don't have it easy on the road – and that's especially true when reversing. In order to prevent damage or injury to people or property in everyday dangerous situations, the Econic is optionally equipped with a speed limiter for reversing.

Safe manoeuvring.

This automatically and reliably prevents acceleration above 9 km/h when reversing. This means that dangerous situations don't arise and manoeuvring accidents are considerably reduced. Reducing the speed also means that if there should be a collision, major damage to the vehicle and its body is avoided. That way, the driver, load and all other road users can reach their destinations safely.
